Overview
When can I request a refund?
You can request a refund when the item you purchased does not perform as advertised due to a defect in the item itself.
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. Our platform can only issue refunds within 7 days of purchase (Consumer Protection Code deadline).
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to explain why you want a refund as this is a digital product.
Several types of merchandise are exempt from return. Digital products cannot be returned because they are not physical products.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is received within 7 days, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
